The Island

Vashon Island is a paradise that has many interesting shops, local theater, movie theatre, art galleries, antique stores, gardens, and great restaurants including the fantastic Hardware Store restaurant. There's hiking, bike and kayak rentals; an abundance of activities for everyone. Don't overlook the numerous Parks and especially the tall firs of Burton Acres Park. There are many seasonal festivals as well as the Farmer's Market.
